Problem of prices calculationAsked by Badgit on March 29, 2015 at 10:31 AM
I created a price calculation form with programmed volume discounts.
For sample :
1>49 pcs = 0.71 €/pc
50>149 pcs = 0.59 €/pc
150>249 pcs = 0.38 €/pcs
250>500 pcs = 0.31 €/pcs
But when I fill the form the total is not always correct.
If you fill 100 pcs you look 59 €. After you click with the mouse out of the texte box and the price change...
I don't understand ... It seems that it always uses the first rate of 0.71€/pc for all calculations.
Can you help me please?
I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your conditions.
I reviewed your form and your calculation appears to be working correctly at this time. Your conditions state when 25 mm is selected, with 100 in quantity it will be multiplied by .61, which would bring a total of 61
Can you confirm that you are still experiencing this issue?
