    I have received an email from Bluesnap that they will charge my card for my 2 year subscription and they have send their own login. Can you please confirm that this is from Jotform?


    I am not comfortable in paying the third party. Is there any way you can charge me direct, because the card details you may have from the previous transaction, may not be valid.


    Please confirm how I can renew my subscription?

    Yes, BlueSnap is one of our payment processors, the other one is FastSpring. We also collect payments through Paypal.

    If you think the payment method is no longer valid, then all you need to do is to make a fresh login to your Jotform account, then go to Billing section and click on "edit" at the Payment Method option:


    For now, I've canceled the current subscription so you do not get notices about the failure of the attempt to charge.
