My forms are not working correctly after adding the source code in GoDaddy website builder

I am using Godaddy's website builder and the only way that I can get the form on my site is by using the source button and pasting it in the html area on the website builder.  Here are the 3 links.

Unfortunately the GoDaddy website builder will not allow you to use the js embed code and there are likely to be some conflicts when using the source code alternative.

What I would suggest is to actually use iframe embed option: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

This will allow you to embed your form and have it all work properly.
