The recipient email is not on the bounce list. Your account is active as well. I checked the mail logs and I saw the submissions were sent successfully. Please check this guide on how to view your form email history.

Please try to fill up your form and submit it. After that, verify if you will receive the notification on your email.
The email notification is configured properly. I will clear your form's cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
Please check your spam folders. Please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
