You said "I need to change the email". Are you referring to the recipient's email for the notifications? If yes, then please follow these steps:
1. On the Form Builder, click the "Emails" button then select the notification.
2. Click the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button at the bottom part of this pop-up.
3. At the bottom right, you will see "Recipient E-mail". Here you can add or change the recipient's email.
