    Good morning,

For well over a year we have been using our main form with no issues. Last week all of a sudden our staff consistently gets the following error message when they save the form:

    Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: '{ "error" : "invalid_grant" }'

It looks like the data is being saved, but they are getting this error message anyway.

    Can you please advise.

    Hi,

I think this is just a form caching issue that you can fix by just clearing your forms cache:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache

I just did it for you. Kindly tell you staff to check again. Also, I would suggest clearing the browser's cache and cookies for Jotform before logging in again to the account.

I hope this helps, please update us here.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Just to follow up that this problem is also related to Google Drive integration. You will receive this kind of error if you have the integration folder moved to other location, deleted or edited. To fix this, you will have to re-integrate the form to Google Drive:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

Your form is not integrated to Google Drive when I checked it so wondering if you have removed it.

    Thanks
