Is there an automatic renewal on the monthly premium subscription?

We have subscribed on the monthly premium plan (9.95$ per month) and it seems that we have been charged without having updated our monthly subscription.  Our account name is HAEC.

Yes, as all other subscriptions, our subscriptions will automatically renew for the time frame that you have selected (monthly, yearly, bi-yearly).Do let us know if this is however not something that you want and we would be happy to assist you in setting it all up to your preferences.
