Google Spreadsheet is not accepting submissions from my form. Any solution without damaging or loosing the information contained in my google spreadsheet?

    Hi,

Again, please accept our apologies for the issue. However, one of the best way to fix this issue is to re-integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet. Unfortunately, all your custom additions in the current sheet won't be added to the new sheet that the integration will create so the best way to deal with this is to use Import Range function in Google Spreadsheet to process the data to another sheet.

This way, you are safe to re-integrate the form and will just change the spreadsheet ID, not the whole thing.

Also, in general, we do not recommend doing any modifications in the integration sheet. Doing so would sometimes break the integration. Especially, when altering the spreadsheet headers.

I'm not pointing out that our integration can't worked this way, but our integration will work best if you leave the spreadsheet as it is (without custom additions/formatting).

Lastly, you can go for Zapier-Jotform-Google Spreadsheet Integration to be able to do these things:

    Thank you!
