I created a form, did some "test" submissions, and then deleted all my tests. However, it is still saying I have one unread submission. But when I click on "inbox" or "submissions" nothing shows up. Can you tell me what the problem is?

I did check your account and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Your form "IES Training Methods Application Form August 2015" does seems to show that you have one submission but when we go to your form's submission page, it does not display any submissions. Please check the screenshot below:
I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Any updates? I really want to get this resolved before we open this application to prospective applicants...!!

We have not received any update from our back end team yet. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that it is marked as important. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
