Last week I set the times when the form should remain open (with a clear deadline of Thursday, April 16, 2015). Today, as I try to see the form through a link I have in a message I will send I get the message that the form is not found. I went in to JotForm and found my forms. However, when I click on "Preview" the system tells me it iscurrently unavailable. Could you please let me know what I did wrong, and what to do to fix it?

You probably set the form as disabled, this is now solved. For future problems, simply to go My Forms, select the form, click on More and enable it.
