FAO IT DEPT - Problems accessing emails sent from Jotform

    Good afternoon,

    My name is Martin Pearson and I am the Lead Service Support Enginner for a company called Promethean. Some of our staff here use your site. We have noticed that we are not receiving submission results from you. I have checked further and have noticed that you appear to be blacklisted, I have found this information from here: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/

    We are registered with a company called Barracuda who filter all our email traffic for us. If any company appears on a blacklist, any emails sent will be blocked by Barracuda and will therefore not be delivered. Would you please be so kind as to forward this information to your IT Department to check, and hopefully be removed from the blacklist so we can continue to receiv emails from yourselves?

    Hello Martin.  We apologize for missing to update you on this matter.  We have had a huge number of updates for the past year and one of these is the fixing of our domain's reputation over the web.  Upon checking, this issue may have already been resolved as I no longer find the domain to be an issue with Barracuda.
