Can I just email out a web address that opens the form like Adobe forms

Yes, you can do that. Simply get the direct link to the form

1. Click on the "Embed Form" button in the top toolbar

2.On the Embed Wizard, get the direct link.

You can also get the direct link if you click on PREVIEW button it will open a new window for you, showing you the jotform.

You can copy the link from right from the address bar or you can click on the Open in new tab button to see it on its own in new tab.
