Out of space

Hi. I ran out of upload space in my account, so I spun off the offending form into a separate paid account owned and managed by my client, but it still says I'm out of space even though I deleted that form. Can you please help me? I don't want to have a paid account personally. Thanks. -Aaron

Hi Aaron,

The form is still in your account even though it's being trashed. You have to purge the form or delete first the submissions in the form before trashing it out.
