Unable to reply directly to form submissions

    When we test this and reply to the email received it does not allow us to send a reply to the user, rather it sends the email to jotform.com and we get a notice of failure to deliver the email.

    I was unable to inspect your form because you're using a guest account. I suggest you to create a free account that will increase your submissions limit to 100 per month.

    Regarding your notification, please make sure you've configured the email field in your form as the Reply-to Email in your notifier.

    This should fix the problem with the email replies in your form.
