Selecting a certain choice will show "terms and conditions" at bottom

Asked by chatfieldschools on March 30, 2015 at 02:31 PM

I have a form that asks what type of transportation they want. I would like it if when they chose "bus" that it would then show a "Terms and Conditions" webpart that they are required to agree to before they can submit.

If they choose "Van" for transportation, it will be a completely different "Terms and Conditions" box that is required to check before they can submit.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

I figured it out. When you setup a conditional statement to show the terms when a certain choice is selected, it will then HIDE the terms automatically on the form, until that choice is selected.

You can indeed make an item "required", but that item is ignored if its hidden by the conditional items logic.

    Thanks
