    I don't believe that my upload space is being updated as I delete my submissions.

    The current upload space for my form is 51.69 MB, which is higher than it should be.  To check how much upload space I am currently using, I downloaded all of the attachments for all of my current submissions and the total zip folder size is only 12.5 MB.

    Hi,

    How about when not zipped or archived, can tell us also the actual file size?

    I checked your account and refreshed the submission upload stat, but it remains at 51MB.

    We will check further on this.

    I unzipped all of the folders and the files come out to be 37.4 MB, which is still less than the 51.69 MB being used.

    As I check your other thread earlier, it seems that you have used Auto delete submissions app with one of your JotForms. Unfortunately, this app delete the submissions and cannot delete the upload files which should be the reason behind the difference in upload space. However, our development team is already looking into this issue and your other thread is also forwarded to them.

    I turned off the auto delete program for the form after realizing that the upload space was not updating with the deletions and I have been manually deleting older submissions.  Is there any way to restore the form back to how it normally works so that the upload space will update correctly?

    I understand that you have turned off the auto delete app. Since the files received while you were using auto delete app are still existing in your account, the upload space is reflected as more than the actual space it should. The difference of 14MB of space should be occupied by the files that were uploaded through the submissions deleted by auto delete app.

    Please be noted that your form, submissions and upload space is currently working fine except for the different space. Our developers are already working on the issue and hope it will be resolved soon.
