Why am I receiving email notifications in a different email account?

    Our applications are going to the correct email but if they want to contact us, and ask a question it goes to our old email.

    all correspondent on our site must go to dmapp655@gmail.com

    can you correct this for us

    I'm assuming that you're referring to this form: http://www.jotform.co/form/32713767220855

    I've checked the mentioned form and I see that there are 3 notifiers configured in it, and all 3 send an email to dmapp655@gmail.com. I only see that Notifier 3 has configured an aol.com email address as the sender.

    Since all notifiers seem to be similar, I suggest you to leave only one so you won't receive 3 notifications every time the form is submitted. Also, if you could let us know if the old email address you're referring to is the aol.com address or another one it would help to further investigate the issue.

    I've also cleared your forms cache to see if it helps.
