Notification not sending newly added fields

    I created a form by using a Duplicate of another form. When that form's information is filled out, I receive the information entered by my customer in the format from the original form. It has the output in the same format and none of the new fields input is being delivered in the notification email.

    I understand that you are receiving emails without having any new fields added on your JotForm. Please be noted that the newly added fields are added automatically to the default notification i.e., no changes made to the notification. 

    If you are looking to receive the notification with newly added fields, you may add the fields manually from the email setup wizard.

    Alternatively, you may also add a new notification to your JotForm so that the new fields are added automatically and then you can delete the old notification.
