I need help fixing my form. There is an error when people submit.
If this can be fixed ASAP that would be great.

This error is related to failed authentication when modifying the existing Google Drive or Spreadsheet integration of the form.
If your form is integrated to Google Drive/Spreadsheeet, and you manually modify the Drive folder or the Spreadsheet folder in your Google account, this failure message will happen the next time you submit the form.
Generally, as most users that also have experienced the issue, this was resolved by removing first the existing Google integration on the form and then redo the integration process again.
Make sure you do not modify anymore on Google side the submission/folders generated by the integration process to avoid breaking the integration.
