Why are all of my jotforms disabled?

    The reason for this is the Pascode jotform that you have built to include the username and password fields - which are against our terms of use.

    The issue was also caused by the Member login jotform, which I also removed

    I have removed both jotforms from your account and your account is now enabled once again.

    Please note that if found to keep breaking our terms of use your account is likely to end up permanently disabled.
