    Hi,

we've been forwarding submitted forms for a long time, but for some reason since today these forms are no longer arriving in the mailbox where they are sent.

Other mails arrive without any problem in those mailboxes.

I checked and the email notifications are missing a sender email:

This can create difficulties in the reception of the emails. Have you edited recently the email notifications?

    Thank you

Sorry to get back to you a few days later. We've been testing, and even with your remark we can't get it to work.

We've been testing with our form www.hypnose-et-hypnotherapie.be. This one we modified to indeed also contain a sender email (noreply@jotform.com). Still, no mails come in anymore.

We've not modified any of the forms in that way recently, either deleting or adding sender emails.

    thanks,

Since you say that you do not get them, I believe that they end up in spam folders or are deleted.

    Please check the following folders:

    1. spam
    2. trash
    3. bulk emails

    * It is important to check both webmail and the same folders on each email client that you are using, since any one of them might be sending the email notifications to the spam/trash/bulk folders.

I would also suggest taking a look at the following guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
