Also there are several incomplete payments. Incomplete payments happen when users submit the form but don't finish the payment. You can select complete submission in order for them to be accessible in the submission area, but this will not affect the incomplete payment:
To complete the payment users need to submit the form again.
You can still receive emails even with incomplete payments. For that please select properties of the payment field > pending payment email > notifiers only / notifiers and auto-responders:
