    Server error. Upload directory isn't writable.

    No possible to upload files. I've tried with a light jpg, a pdf and some other extensions file, but it returns the error:

    Server error. Upload directory isn't writable.

    dropbox seems to be setted properly. please help.

    Hi opresidente,

    I have cloned your form and wasn't able to replicate the issue, could you please try to remove your DropBox settings and integrate it again?

    As you can check here in my cloned form http://form.jotform.com/form/13055008601, that I was able to submit my files without error. Could you redo your Dropbox Integration please? Thanks in advance.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I think I found out the problem, could you please re-embed your form without using secure url (https://)? Just switch it back to your normal form using (http://) or re-embed your form using this code:

     

    <script type="text/javascript"src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/10920513693"></script>

     

    At the same time, I have this issue raised to our development team for further investigation on the said issue.

    I'm having the same issue and it has worked flawlessly for over 6 months. I'm not willing to unsecure the form as it does have personal info on it.
