How can I share the form from my account to other user.Asked by nsantaniello on March 31, 2015 at 10:58 AM
I created a form called ICD-10 Testing which is found in my view but my boss who is the Admin is not seeing this in his list. The oddest part when he goes into his admin view to see which user created each form, he can see the list of all the forms I created except this one.
Can it be added to his view as well?
I see that the form is created in your account. Since the form is in your account, the other account in which the forms were shared with you, cannot view the forms from your account. You'll need to move the form to the shared folder so that the other account can be able to view the form. You can just drag the form and drop it in the shared folder.
Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
