How can I change the 'Username' both on the main and sub-accounts?

Now that it is leaving the testing phase, I need more relevant names for the users.

You would not be able to do so yourself, it would be needed that we do it for you, but we are always happy to assist with this.

In regards to the sub user accounts, please note that each request must come from the account owner, so the only way to have us change the usernames for several accounts would be to:

1. create the request and confirm it by logging into each account and posting your confirmation

or

2. change all emails - under all accounts to be same as your own email.

This would show us that no only you are sharing the forms data with them, but that you are in control of the accounts as well.

Once you do, do provide us with 3 alternative names for each in case one is taken and do that in the order of preference and we would be happy to change the usernames to your liking.
