We have acquired a paid service, giving such fact, why in god's name are our forms disabled on Jotform. This is completely unprofessional and is a major waste of our time and resources.Page URL:

I checked your account and it appears to be active. Your forms are usable and accessible. If you are still having any trouble with your forms or account, let us know and we will be happy have another look. As far as I can tell though, you should not have any problems using your forms.
