I am working on creating a PDF for people to review the form prior to completing it and the PDF will not open properly although it has in the past (as recent as 7 business days ago). For reference, I am able to convert other forms in the same folder to PDF's.
This is a very timely concern for me as this is scheduled to be available tomorrow morning and needs to be completed by 4:30pm today. I was not anticipating this issue as I have never experienced this before.

Can you please tell us which of your form is this. I will try to test and convert it to PDF.
I am sure you were converting the form to PDF using the Create PDF Form button.
Let us know if this is not working for you.

I could not convert the form to PDF also.
But can you please try using the tool also
(use the Create Fillable PDF Form button)
