Is there a way to customize the File Name of the exported PDF document?

For example, I am wanting each PDF File Name to have the first and last name instead of a submission ID; like montanajoe.pdf.

I assume you were using the individual PDF export Get PDF button in the

    View Submissions page.

There is no automated means to do this within the Get PDF tool, but you can also just rename the file after downloading it in your computer.

Let us know if this will not work for you.

    Thanks.

When you save the individual PDF files, it uses submission ID as the file name.  When you download a batch of PDF files, it uses a date format for the file name.

I would personally prefer the submission ID be used in both, but a way to choose the field(s) used to build the files names would be ideal.

    Thank you.
