I just checked your digitalsupport account and it is not over the limit, could you please log out of your account clear browsers cache, and log back in?

Thank you. I just tried that but we still have the same problem. It's actually only one form:
The form is linked from our website and when submitted it gives the following notice
I checked the settings and there is no limit. thanks for helping me resolve this quickly!Form over quotaThis form has passed it's allocated quota
and cannot be used at the moment.
Try contacting the owner of this form.

The form http://form.jotform.us/form/33127221940142 belongs to another JotForm account/username Transart
It is a FREE account.
And currently it is in Overlimit status due to exceeded submission and Upload limits.
The account will require to be upgraded to the higher plan to be able to have expanded limits and allow again submissions on the account.
