How to create a form?

    Hey Carina:

     

    Tried to make this easier.  I was able to sign-up.

    Now, how do I get the form I created?

    I would suggest taking a look at the following guide: How to Create Your First Web Form

    I would also suggest taking a look at the following guide here: How to Add a Widget to your Form

    - It is about widgets, but you will soon find that all your forms are so much better with a widget or two :)

    It will show you how to create your first form, but if you have any questions or if you are not sure how to handle something, do let us know and we would be happy to assist you.
