Not possible to create a form with a JotForm Google Drive App

I integrated the spreadsheet to receive the answers, but is it possible to access the form itself from Google Drive? When I integrate to Google Drive, it does create the folder, but where does the form ends up?

I also downloaded your app in Google Drive, but when I click on it, it sends me to a blank page. It is not possible to access JotForm from Google Drive?

When you create a form using our Google Drive App, it is supposed to add form link to your Google Drive.

I was able to reproduce the same issue with a blank page when I tried to create a Google Drive App form. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated to our Development Team.

Additionally to the Google Drive App, we offer Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet integrations. You can receive form submissions and uploads to your Google Drive with these integrations. The data is also sent to your JotForm account, and can be managed at any time from Submissions page.

We will let you know once we have any updates on the Google Drive App issue.
