How do you put section dividers in application for the reviewer?

When setting up the form, we have placed sections and collapsible sections to make the form more legible.  Once the form is submitted, the email and pdf ( saved to Google Drive ) are very hard to read. The HTML sections and collapsible sections are not in place. Is there a way to make the submission more legible for the reviewer?  I have uploaded a sample submission for you to look at.

Unfortunately you cannot customize the PDF Submission Report layout at this time.

The PDF file/report have a fixed template, so it is not using the form layout itself.

I understand you have used collapse fields as means of having sections/dividers on your form. But the collapse fields will not affect the PDF output of the submissions in Google Drive integration.

If you want the reviewer to be able to view the original layout of the form which contains the submission data, you can also provide them the Edit_Link of the form.. although this will allow editing of the data. It is not a Read-Only data.
