I'm using Capsule CRM to manage all of my contacts. Capsule is integrated with another form builder and that is a smart thing.
Is it possible to have your system integrated too?
Importing contacts every time is a waste of time.
If you can't do it (it's a real pity for a client like me that paid for a long time subscription fee), is there any way to improve the importing to other systems like gmail? I was wondering if you can print a qrcode with all contact data , so importing with a phone would be an easier task.

Thank you for your message. At this time, we do not have intregration feature with Capsule CRM. However, this is something that we can consider, so I have included in our Nice To Do list. But we cannot provide an ETA for implementation.
For now, a workaround that you can do is to integrate your form's HTML Table report to Google Docs Spreadsheet and then import the contacts from Google Docs Spreadsheet to Gmail. Please use the following code so that you can use Google Docs Spreadsheet to import your JotForm form submissions instantly:
Just paste this code to the top leftmost cell in your blank Google Docs spreadsheet (cell A1 for example) and watch the data populate the blank spreadsheet. Just remember to change the highlighted 11-digit number to your own form's HTML table report.
Then follow the instructions in these pages for the steps on how to import from Google Docs spreadsheet to Gmail:
Please try it and let us know if it works for you or not. We hope you fill find the above information helpful. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm!

Thank you also Fabrizio for being a loyal JotForm user. We realize the importance of the capability of integrating with other third party apps and we cannot be left behind with this initiative. We hope to bring this and other amazing features to JotForm soon. Thank you for sharing your suggestions with us.

This isn't working for me. I see [Table] in A2.
- JotForm SupportNeilVicenteAnswered on January 17, 2012 at 03:17 AM
I could not find a table report for any of your foms. Are you sure your question is related to my colleague's suggestion to the original poster?
It would be great if you would open a new thread for your query, and provide as much details as possible so we can assist you to the best of our capability.

I'm reopening this discussion just to know if you are going to release the Capsule integration. You put it in a "nice to do list" , is it still there?
I have to sadly say that another form builder aready did it ...:-((
- JotForm SupportGoldoAnswered on April 18, 2012 at 02:52 PM
It is still on our Feature Request List. We actually are going with the number of requests for each integration, so we can't give a definite time frame.
However, I'll chase this up for you.

i see you almost covered the most important CRMs, do you have an estimated time for implementation of CAPSULE ?
Your service is better than other form builders in all aspects apart capsule integration...

Hi, there is no set ETA yet for requrested CAPSULE integration. But this thread will be updated as soon as new information are available.

I'm new to Jotform but falling in love with it. Yet there's an issue with my other sweetheart - Capsule. The last update is more than 7 months ago. Any news about CAPSULE integration?
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on February 21, 2013 at 04:48 PM
Welcome to JotForm and we'll surely catch your love here! :)
Sorry though but we do not have direct Integration with Capsule Integration however since we have integrated to Zapier which allows you to integrate more than a hundred services like Capsule CRM, JotForm - Capsule CRM would be possible. Check this screen to learn how to integrate them.
Here's a screenshot on how I've set them up.
Let us know if you have further questions or if you require assistance about this. Thanks!

Thank you for the helpful answer. Just to resolve the account name issue first :-)
- xtasy171Answered on March 21, 2013 at 03:56 PM
Hey Jotform. This is absolutely amazing! Except, it's not letting me split up fields like I can in emails.
For name I want to do the following:
first name (field_client:first) -> Capsule CRM, First Name
last name (field_client:last) -> Capsule CRM, Last Name
Is there a way to do this? Does Capsule auto adjust the fields so they fit the correct sub-fields?
Help!! You guys rock!
- xtasy171Answered on March 21, 2013 at 03:58 PM
And if not, what about address?
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on March 21, 2013 at 04:31 PM
You may want to use the normal text box field we have for collecting this information rather than using our Quick Tools, for this integration.
