Customers are placing orders but I am not receiving the orders. Sending a test email ..... I get that email....
Upon checking your account, I see that you are using this email Cemail@example.com. It is highly possible that the email notifications might have been moved to the spam or trash folder. Or the email service provider might be blocking our JotMail IP addresses and domain names, you can contact them and ask them to whitelist us, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
