Form embedded on website not loading CSS style correctly?

Several users have reported issues trying to use our upload form today. Our site appears to be working well, but the jotform is having issues. I can tell that we're having connectivity issues somewhere between the site and jotform because the buttons on the form aren't taking the css formatting sometimes, but if you refresh the page a couple of times they'll come back with the right formatting.

Not sure if there's anything you can do or if it's just the internet lines today...

    Hi,

I believe this is because the form's backend code and styling are conflicting with the website you have. To avoid code conflicts, please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame code. Here's a guide on how to get it: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Do let us know if that works.

    Kind regards.
