I am providing a form for a church that would like to collect donations.   My problem is how do I do this in one form where the total amount is calculated and integrated with STRIPE?

    I.E.

    GENERAL OFFERING

    MISSIONS

    PASTORAL SUPPORT

    SCHOLARSHIP

    TITHE

A person would put a total in each field that he would like to contribute to and then it be totaled at the bottom and sent to STRIPE for processing/.

    Hi harsmith,

You can achieve the desired result using form calculation widget in Jotform.

See the screenshot for detailed instructions.

First create text-fields for the following

    GENERAL OFFERING

    MISSIONS

    PASTORAL SUPPORT

    SCHOLARSHIP

    TITHE

Next go to the widgets tab and select the form calculation widget.

Click on the add field button to bring up a list of the text-fields you added earlier.

To add the fields to the calculator just click on each field name and it will be added automatically.

After each field add the addition sign by clicking on it (if you've added all fields before the adding the sign, just click between each field and the cursor will be positioned there, you can then click on the + sign to add the addition).

The resulting calculation should look similar to this, the resulting output will the added to the form variable called {result 1} which corresponds to the Total field.

Click on Show Advanced Options to set up additional calculator properties as shown in the image below.

Click on the Finish button to save the changes, you will notice a new text-field has been added to your form. This text-field will hold the total result of the calculation.

To edit the calculator again click on the wand at the top right of the calculation field.

Preview your form and test the calculation by inputting values.

Add the stripe payment tool, follow these instructions for stripe integration with Jotform.

    Hi there,

You can follow the guide provided by cyberhopper. In order to achieve this, you need to create 5 text boxes then use the Form Calculation widget.

This is how it should look like in the calculation wizard. You can add fields which one of the 5 text boxes and then put a calculation like (+). The output will be on the {result1}.

Here's a sample or a demo form (http://support.jotform.com/form/50904065906960) you can clone it if you like.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank you.
