Please review one more time for me please.  I am working from the previous suggestions that you have made, but I am confused in one area.  Here is the previous explanation and help.  Please look at my form and tell me how I go about getting the "No, Order Not Approved" to go back to the sales rep.  Not sure where I put the trigger to send to the salesrep that subitted.

Upon giving this some more thought, I realized that there would have to be a third notifier without any conditions attached. That notification should contain an edit link (see this guide).

So, the workflow would be as follows:

    1. Sales rep completes form (except for the approval field) and submits it

    2. You receive Notifier 3 (the one mentioned in this reply) and click the edit link

    3. The completed form loads and you select either Yes, order approved or No, order not approved and submit the form

    4. If "Yes, order approved" was selected, Notifier 1 will go to the traffic department. If "No, order not approved" was selected, Notifier 2 will go to the sales rep

If any of this is unclear, please let me know.

    Cheers

    Hello Johnr0626,

This seems to be in continuation of your other thread:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/534436 Please do not create new thread for the same question. This is to ensure that we are updated of the original question and responses as well.

I did check your form and found that you have added two condition and one of then is sending emails to "johnr0626@gmail.com" if the "No, Order Not Approved" was selected. Please check the screenshot below:

I am not sure "johnr0626@gmail.com" is the email address of sales rep. I did check your form and found that you have a drop down field "Salesperson". Can you please let me know how to find the email address of all the sales persons? Is the field "Billing Email" is of the sales person?

Please confirm on this and we will help you with the conditions. Please click on the following URL to reply to this thread:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/544497

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

That is the problem area.  Each sales person of course has their own email address.  So to set a designated email doesn't work.  Is there a way to set up the email addresses for each rep or does the form have the capability of referencing the email address from which the form was sent?

    Hello Johnr0626,

Okay not an issue. There is a way around this problem.

There are multiple ways to solve this problem. You can set the email address of all your salesperson in the "Calculation Value" of your drop down question. I believe this will be the easiest way to achieve your requirement.

Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Set the calculation value of the "Salesperson" drop down and add the email address for every sales person. Please check the screenshot below on how to add the calculation value:

#2. Add a "Form Calculation" widget in your form and hide it.

#3. Set the formula of the from calculation widget to read the value of "Salesperson"

#4. Find the field name of the form calculation widget. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names

#5. Add a condition in your form to check if the "No, Order Not Approved" is selected then send the submission email to value of form calculation widget. Please check the screenshot below:

Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this works as expected:  http://form.jotform.us/form/50904591880157

I have cloned this form in your account only with name "Clone of Order Form - :: Ver:: JotForm Support".

One more question.  When entering email addresses, ours do not include the complete first name.  They are aharwell@bluewaterbroadcasting.com for Allison on so on.  Does it matter or now do they link to the first name which is what I have in the Salesperson portion of the form?

    Hi,

I believe this should not be an issue, if you check the calculation values, the list pertains to the option that you selected. So the screenshot below shows the value depending on the order. So option 1 has the calculation value of Allison@test.com, not because of the first name but because it has the same order in the list, which is they are both #1 in the list. You can repeat the same email as long as the order corresponds to the option list.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind regards.
