When the form is filled out on the website, there is a certain field that doesn't appear in the email, just wondering why this would be?

We currently have the setting set to hide unless a certain field is chosen, though i cant see why this would impact the email.

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, it seems to be working as expected. All form fields will be displayed in your email notification if it is declared in the email body.

If you do not like to display empty fields, you can enable the option in your "Preferences"->"Hide Empty Fields on Emails".

I also noticed that there are some errors in your "Conditions" setting, some deleted fields. If you have deleted or change some form field names, then that may be the reason why they are not displaying correctly in the email body, this is because the tags in the email body does not automatically update when you change the form field names.

To solve this issue, you could try removing the existing notification and setting a new one: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

We are still having issues with this form. The information does not show up in the end email when filled in for the section arrival time, flight number and location. The section that have been deleted have been done so due to testing, this was occurring prior to the deleted section.

Is there any reason at all that the information when fled out on the form on the live website would not be transferring over to the end email?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

If you enabled the "Hide Empty Fields on Email", this will use the default data table in your email body, if you edit or remove a field this won't work.

Have you tried filling out the form using the direct link? See if you are able to replicate the problem, or is it only when embedded on your website? Please also do try to re-embed your form using the iFrame embed code, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code, see if this works, also, make sure that you delete the existing notification and create a new one, so that we can test better.

    Kind regards.
