Space for account question

 Hello,

I asked this question yesterday and did not get an answer that explained what I needed.  If I delete the submissions and their attachments, does that free up space towards my subscription limit?

Hi Gene,

For upload storage space, you can free up that space by deleting submissions with File attachments on them. The upload storage space is the amount allowed for the whole account, it is not "monthly", only submission limit are counted per month. It is the total amount of storage space allowed.

For the submission limits (regular, SSL/secure and payments received), you cannot free up space by deleting submissions, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan OR wait for the counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the next month.
