Due to that account going over the limit yesterday, the employee that created it upgraded it to try to restore the form. As that account should be merged with this one, that upgrade would be unnecessary. Can you refund that upgrade when you merge that account into this one?
I'm Brian, the consultant that manages these accounts on behalf of my client. I have access credentials to both of these accounts (CEorg & ms222pris)

If you want to merge CEore account with ms222pris account, the request must come from the account CEorg, not from ms222pris account. Please post another request coming from CEorg account and we will be glad to help you.
