The number of entries from My Forms is different than the number within the form. Why?

    Hello JotForm,

     

    We love using JotForm but as of lately, I've been seeing that a form will be marked as new submission so when I go into the form to View Submission, the numbers do not match.  I have a spreadsheet to keep track and I constantly need to go back to edit the number on the spreadsheet from when looking at the number of entries from the front vs. going into individual forms.

     

    Please help or let me know what the problem is.

    I've fixed the submissions counter for the marked form (the correct number is 209).
    Please check it out and let us know if you still see an incorrect number of submissions for this or any other form. If there is a problem with other forms, please provide us ID of those forms and we will fix the submission counter on them as well.
