Can I limit the quantity of a specific selections within a form entry?

Asked by clate on April 01, 2015 at 01:02 PM

Hello. I am hoping to build a form where I can accept unlimited entries, but limit how many times a particular a field selection can be chosen. For instance... Lets say I have a form with products and workshop classes. I have 3 classes to choose from and each class only has 10 spots. I don't want somebody to submit a form to be the 11th person in a full class. I also have 10 individual products, and a limited number of each product (5 each in quantity.) I don't want somebody to be the 6th order a product if I already have 5 entry submittals for that product (field selection.) Is there a way I can have a limit on each field selection that represents each class or product? or is there a better way to achieve this? thanks C

You can achieve that possible with the use of our Ticket Purchases Widget and Gift Registry Widget submission limiter.

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.
