Forms not sending Auto responder emails

    Gents

    Thank you so much for this service, we are a small company and presently using your solution to grow our business. Please kindly inform us how we can solve this error or what might be the reason for the error.

     

    Out forms do not send Auto responders, even thou its been set-up at the back end to do so. But at the moment we do receive Notifications

     

    Also we noticed calculation of field do not work , when the forms are embedded into our site

    I have submitted your form, and I have immediately received the Autoresponder email.

    Please submit your form to make sure that Autoresponders are being sent.

    Hmmn, the calculation in your for seem wrong..is this your doing, because I tested it from our end and it seem okay. 

    Just want to be sure its the same across all platforms

    I see that you use an iFrame form code now, so the calculation issue is fixed. Thank you.
