This is the 3rd time I've asked to have this issue resolved. You guys are charging an employees credit card that is no longer with us. You told me you could not change the credit card because our account is set to EXPIRE. I can't explain this enough we do not want to cancel our account. We just want to switch credit cards. If by any chance your ex-employee gets charge, please provide use any reference number, so we can check further.
