I'm getting a "502 Bad Gateway cloudflare-nginx" error

    Are you still having this issue? I've tried to load your form and it worked correctly on my side.

    If you're still having issues to see your form, try to clear your browser's cache and load it again.

    Thanks Raul. The problem persists. Tried from differente browsers and PC. You get the error when you submit the form...

    I made a test submission and was also unable to reproduce the issue.

    Can you let us know which browser/version are you using to test your form? Do you have it embedded in a website? If so, please provide the URL of your site so we can test there too.

    Hi Raul!

    I wanted to confirm that the problem persists. Tested from Chrome Versión 41.0.2272.101

    and Firefox 34.0.5

    Are you embedding the form in a website? Or you're using its direct URL to share it? If you're using the direct URL can you try using this one instead: http://www.jotformz.com/form/30573832574660 it could be a CDN issue specific for your location. Using the URL above should render the form without using CDN.
