Form is not working on my iPad

    My form doesn't seem to be fully functional on my IPad. Is there a way to make it fully functional on this platform?

    Can you provide more details about the issues that you're having with your form when you view it on your iPad? Are you referring to its layout?

    If so, please try to enable mobile responsiveness in your form by following the steps provided here: https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive

    Let us know if this is what you're referring to or you meant something else.

    Yes, the issue is the layout.  The fields are all spaced too far apart.  Is there a way to fix this?

    It seems that you disabled the form, I can't access it. I checked your your webpage (http://www.acdacal.org/calendar-of-events/ecco-2015/ecco-registration-2/) and it is not showing as well. 

    I cloned the form and check it, I can see that you already enabled the responsive form in the form designer. I previewed your form using the form designer preview tool, and I saw that your form form is properly responding the different devices. It is not too far apart.

    Please check your form again and verify if the issue is now resolved.
