I know you can integrate Jotform with salesforce, but:

    1) Can I integrate it with a custom object in salesforce?

    and,

    2) How does the digital signature (or the e-sign feature you have with your finger on ipad or stylus) show up IN the object if you were to have it in the form?

    Lastly,

    3)

Can I send the form concurrently to Salesforce object AND send a PDF of it to a separate email address?

    Thanks,

    Hello Uday,

#1. I haven't tested it but it should be possible to integrate with custom object of salesforce by taking advantage of our Zapier. Please check the following guide:  http://www.jotform.com/blog/65-JotForm-is-now-on-Zapier-Send-Your-Form-Data-to-100-Web-Services

Basically you will have to create your own Zap to create custom object when new submission is received. Please check the screenshot below:

#2. I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I would suggest you to please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you. Please create a new thread for this question.

#3. As we cannot answer multiple question in one thread, I have moved it to a new thread and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/545292

    Thank you!
