Hi,
Yes, Jotform has the option to export submission to excel to access it, click on the desired for the under the more section select view submissions
A new form showing submission showing the submission will be opened, scroll down to the form and you will see a grid with the submitted data, in the highlighted download as section you will see option for the file formats you want to export the data to.
Click on excel and a downloadable excel file with the data will be created.
Cheers, hope this answers you question.

cyberhopper is correct, that is one way of seeing and downloading the submissions. You can go to the same panel by clicking on Submissions button after you select the form
- this is explained in the following steps: How to view Submissions
There is also an alternative that you can share with others as well as it is one of our reports. To see more about this alternative and how to use it, please check the steps here: How to create an Excel Report?
Of course if you have any questions, do let us know and we would be happy to answer them :)
