Every time I try to input my Infusion soft API key and username, I get an error:

Cannot connect to application. Please make sure your Infusionsoft App Name and API key is correct.

I have cleared the cache. Please advise.

Can you please follow the steps here to make sure that all required details are correct?

How do I enable and find my API details on my Infusionsoft account?

Do let us know however if by some chance the issue is still present for you.

I have checked the API information several times. I have contacted Infusionsoft. I have even reset the API passcode and tried the process again.

I just made a check with my account and I made the name of application hold space "JotForm tests". It did not work.

When I changed the space with underscore -> "JotForm_tests" it worked right away.

Please check if you have any spaces in your application name and change them into underscores and try to connect again.

If it does not work, do let us know what is the application name (no need for the api key).

Do let us know how it goes.

    I apologize.

It seems that the integration is not working properly. I just made an additional check with a new app to make sure that it is working properly.

For this reason I will raise this to our developers.

Then will take a look into this and will update you on the thread as soon as we have any update. I must say however that this integration is made by outside developer, so we would need to contact them to inspect and fix their app.

    Hi,

You're welcome. Upon checking the bug report, I see that one of our developers is already assigned to it and is currently working to have it fixed. We'll update you when we hear any news on the progress of this.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Hi,

Upon checking the bug report, it is still marked as "open" and assigned to the developer.

Have you tried re-integrating InfusionSoft in your end?

I'll make a follow up on this matter.

    Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

I tried integrating again before requesting an update and I am receiving the same error.

Hey SleeperRecruit, we've helped JotForm users integrate fully with Infusionsoft in the past. Let us know if we can be of assistance.

Unfortunately at this time there is no update since this is not our direct integration. There are 2 options.

I have seen posts from people of Parsey.com before and it seems that their system would allow you to make the integration as advertised (either by having email notification sent to them with the data, or by utilizing webhooks).

As it currently stands, this would be a far easier method of adding your data to InfusionSoft.

I must say however that I personally did not see any feedback to link it to you to see what others have said, but if you try and leave us feedback, I would be happy to suggest Parsey to others - based on your feedback.

The other alternative would be to contact the developer of InfusionSoft app directly. They would be able to give you more concrete details about the reason it is not working, while we can do only what is on our side.

Apologies for the problems you were experiencing with the Infusionsoft app. Our team have been working on a new version of the app which was released today so it should be working correctly now.

    Thanks
