I am using using jotform as a business purpose and we are using jotform from Turkey but from Turkey, i couldn't reach to forms (forms are coming to our e-mail pool but we can not open the pictures.
Our total marketing system is down right now so please help us urgently.
I took a look at the email log and to see if the images can be opened when I click on the link, but they seem to work properly for me.
Could you please tell us if you are shown any specific error, or if meant by some chance, that your email is not showing you the image, only the URL of the photos submitted?
I would also like to ask you if you can see images when you view them from within the Submissions Panel?
